Casa de la Risa comes with personalized, friendly concierge service. This complementary service takes all the stress out of your travels and vacation planning.

After you have booked, our Concierge will contact you to assist with: arranging transportation to Casa de la Risa, renting golf carts, booking excursions, pre-stocking the fridge with food/drinks or having a chef prepare an amazing meal for your group.

(Please note: the cost of these items is not included in the Nightly Rates.)

Airport Transfers

Private transportation between the Cancun Airport and the Puerto Juarez Ultramar Ferry. Our drivers use comfortable air-conditioned vans to get you get quickly and safely to your destination so that you can start enjoying your vacation right away!
