Beautifully designed and stylishly decorated, Casa de la Risa is a perfect home for family vacations or group getaways with comfortable sleeping for 6 people.

Start your day enjoying the unobstructed sunrise over the turquoise Caribbean ocean from the comfortable seating on the rooftop deck. With a fully equipped kitchen, you can easily make breakfast before heading out for the day’s adventures. Several beach clubs are less than 10 mins by golf cart or in 10 more mins you can have your toes in the sand at Playa Norte, one of the top-rated beaches in the world. No worries of losing your key while out, Casa de la Risa has keyless entry. Once back, wash off the sand with our outdoor shower and soak up some more rays by our private pool with shallow and deep ends to satisfy the entire family.

All 3 bedrooms are spacious and feature a terrace with Caribbean ocean views. The luxurious bathrooms have dual vanities and marble showers. Everywhere in our home you’ll be able to enjoy unique woodworking and artwork made by Isla artisans. As the day winds down, head to the rooftop, sit back and relax on comfortable seating with friends under the shaded pergola, watch the sunset, stargaze and enjoy the peaceful southern end of Isla as the island breezes wash over you.

Cancellation. For a full refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made a full 24 hours prior to local check in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check in. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by Thursday of that week before check in time.

Check-in and check-out. Early arrival before 2:00 pm or a late departure beyond 12:00 noon will be charged at 50% of the daily room rate. Early arrival before 8:00 am or late departure after 6:00 pm will be charged at 100% of the daily room rate.

Maximum Occupancy.  Property has 4 bedrooms and can sleep a total of 8 guests.

Damage/Reservation Deposit. A security deposit of $500 will be charged above and beyond the total rental fees as insurance in case damages are incurred during a guest’s stay.

Smoking. The property  is non-smoking, so smoking is allowed outside only.
