We have been married for 28 wonderful years, and during that time, we worked many jobs, raised a family, and in our later years, have fallen in love with traveling together. Some of our most recent, and exciting adventures have been to Cancun, Mexico, Napa Valley, California, and Austin, Texas.

Both Don and I are self-proclaimed, “wine connoisseurs” and we love BBQ, so Napa and Austin are both dear to our hearts. We love BBQ so much, in fact, we recently started a BBQ food truck, here in Pittsburgh, Pa, where we spend most of our time.

With the BBQ business up and running, leaves less time for the traveling that we crave. So after much consideration, in December of 2018, we built our lovely home on Isla Mujeres. Building a home in a foreign country took a huge leap of faith for us, but when the time came to decide where we would build, it was so easy to decide.
